Nail polish is finished by air-drying.It is said that it takes 6 hours for the bottom layer to dry.Gel on the other hand uses a special drying light, which hardens the gel quickly.Gel is more popular at Canary due to its glossy finish and long-lasting qualities.

★Hard gel: As the name implies, hard gel is hard and strong.It is recommended for nail extensions, reinforcement, and repair.It must be filed off at the time of removal as there are no liquid removers for hard gel.
Not only does it provide extra length, but it can create different shapes for your nails.Hard gel is recommended for those that want to change their natural nail shape.
★Soft gel: Soft gel, also called “Soak-off gel,” can be removed with a liquid remover and minimizes stain on the nails.While it is possible to remove soft gel at home, we recommend professional removal at our store to avoid damaging the nails.

Yes, we remove gel done at other salons, however, there may be additional charges for this service.Please check our service menu for more details.

A

It depends on your lifestyle, but usually lasts 2 to 3 weeks.

Eyelash

Q Will eyelash extension damage the natural lashes or lessen the number of them? Q Will eyelash extension damage the natural lashes or lessen the number of them?

A

The extended lashes will shed together with the natural lashes when they reach their growth cycle.
Lash extension doesn’t make the natural lashes fall out or lessen the number of them. If we take good care of them, we can keep our eyelashes looking healthy.
And it is reported that using curler and mascara is worse for natural eyelashes rather than eyelash extensions.

Q Can I come wearing make-up? Q Can I come wearing make-up?

A

No make-up around your eyes is recommended to avoid eyelash extensions come off soon due to the oil
contained in make-up. No use of eyelash curler and mascara are recommended.

Q Can I have extensions if I am wearing contact lenses? Q Can I have extensions if I am wearing contact lenses?

A

Yes, you can. Your eyes will be closed for 1 to 1.5 hours, so if you’re worried about your eyes drying we recommend you take your lenses out.

As there isn’t any contact with the eyelids, there is no discomfort or pain involved.
The procedure is so gentle that many clients fall asleep while having their eyelash extension done.

Q Can those who have sensitive skin or an allergy have eyelash extensions? Q Can those who have sensitive skin or an allergy have eyelash extensions?

A

The adhesive doesn’t have direct contact with your skin, so it causes no irritation or allergic reaction generally, not able to provide service.

Specific mascara for eyelash extensions is available at our salon. Please feel free to inquire.

Q I don’t have many eyelashes…. Q I don’t have many eyelashes….

A

We can’t attach extensions if there are no lashes at all, but we can if you have fine or short hairs.
You probably have more lashes than you think and we can usually attach a total of 100 lashes for both eyes.

Q How long does eyelash extensions last? Q How long does eyelash extensions last?

A

4 – 5 pcs of eyelashes fall out everyday and all eyelashes fall out in 30 –90 days.
It’s different with each person though, eyelashes will be 1/3 in volume after 3 weeks. It might not last so long if your eyelashes are damaged or short.

A

It depends on the design and the number of eyelash extensions,but it takes 60 minutes to 120 minutes in counseling included.

Q How often maintenance should be done? Q How often maintenance should be done?

A

To keep your extended eyelash in good condition, we suggest you to come back for a retouch every 3 weeks.

Q Can I use make up remover? Q Can I use make up remover?

A

Please use oil-free remover. Glue is very weak against oil.
Specific makeup removers for eyelash extensions users are available at our salon.
Please be advised that removing make-up around your eyes must be done gently. When wiping extensions with cottons or towels,
just gently along the flow of extensions.

“Yes. Even with a few bottom lashes (15 on each eye) you can get a voluminous look and enjoy an image change.”
